Sweet tomato beef

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin steak
1 large Carrot, sliced
1 \N Bell pepper, cut in pieces
1 \N Red onion
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 \N Cloves garlic
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 cup Catsup
1 \N Lemon -- juice
6 drops Hot pepper sauce
1½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Honey

Cube the steak. Mince ¼ cup of the onion and brown it in the vegetable oil, reserving the remainder of the onion to be cut in large chunks. Remove from heat and add garlic, olive oil, catsup, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, worcestershire sauce and hon Stir fry until vegetables are crisp-tender. Pour in reserved marinade and simmer until sauce reaches desired consistency and vegetables are tender, covering wok if necessary. Serving Ideas : Serve with rice
