|½ teaspoon||Baking powder pinch salt whipped cream|
|1 teaspoon||Cream of tartar non-stick cooking spray raspberry jam|
Place sugar, milk and egg in a bowl and beat 3-4 mins. Sift flour and other dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture and continue to beat until the mixture slides off the back of spoon. Heat sandwich maker and spray top and base. Spoon about 2 Tbs of the mixture into each section of the sandwich maker. Lower the lid and cook 2-3 mins. or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold with raspberry jam and whipped cream.
