2slicesCheddar cheese; 1-oz each
¼cupChopped seeded tomato
¼cupChopped green bell pepper
1tablespoonChopped green onions

Directions

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: To assemble sandwiches, spread toasted bread with mustard. Top 2 slices of bread with cheese, tomato, bell pepper, onion and remaining bread slices. Place on microwave-safe plate lined with microwave- safe paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 45-60 seconed or until cheese melts.
