|4||Thick slices granary bread|
|½ ounce||Butter - softened; (15g)|
|1 small||Red skinned dessert apple - thinly sliced|
|½ teaspoon||Schwartz Rubbed Sage|
|5 ounces||Mature Cheddar cheese - grated; (125g)|
Toast the bread lightly on both sides. Spread with butter. Top with the sliced apples, a good sprinkling of Sage and the grated cheese. Grill gently until golden.
