Sweet potato and rice fluff

Ingredients

1can(16-oz) sweet potatoes; drained and mashed
2cupsCooked brown rice
½teaspoonGrated nutmeg
2Eggs; beaten
1cupMiniature marshmallows
3tablespoonsButter; melted
cupBrown sugar
1can(8.25-oz) crushed pineapple

Directions

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; spoon into buttered casserole, top with marshmallows and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
