Sweet corn noodle soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quart Vegetable stock
½ cup Ribbon noodles, broken
2 cups Sweet corn kernals
½ cup Celery, chopped
½ teaspoon Tumeric
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles and sweet corn and boil 5 mins. Add celery and tumeric. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer another 10 mins.
