Sweet corn noodle soup

1quartVegetable stock
½cupRibbon noodles, broken
2cupsSweet corn kernals
½cupCelery, chopped
½teaspoonTumeric
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles and sweet corn and boil 5 mins. Add celery and tumeric. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer another 10 mins.
