1 \N | Head Napa cabbage |
2 tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Tamari sauce |
¼ pounds | Cellophane noodles |

Bring broth to boil. Dry bacon pieces in large heavy pan over high heat for 2 minutes. In small food processor, place ginger, scallion & garlic.
Process to make a paste. Add to frying pan with bacon. Stir in sugar and five-spice powder. Stir-fry 1 minute Add mushrooms and cabbage to pan. Stir fry 1 minute Pour in boiling broth, vinegar and tamari sauce. Simmer a few minutes. Add noodles, salt and pepper. Simmer 2 minutes. Serve hot in soup bowls.
