| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Almonds; ground fine |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced fine | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| Nutmeg to taste | ||
| Ginger to taste | ||
| Cornstarch | ||
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 3 | cups | Pineapple juice |
| ¾ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 6 | tablespoons | White wine |
| 1 | cup | Vinegar |
| ⅓ | cup | Catsup |
| 3 | cups | Water |
| ¾ | cup | Cornstarch |
Directions
MEATBALLS
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
Mix all meatball ingredients well; make into meatballs & roll in cornstarch. Fry for 10 minutes. Add balls to sweet & sour sauce & simmer.
Sweet & Sour Sauce: Combine sugar, juice, soy sauce, wine, vinegar & catsup & bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch & water. Add to boiling ingredients & stir until thick. MRS TERENCE (TIMMY) CAMP
