Swedish cream

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Instant vanilla pudding (3/4 oz.)
1½ cup Cold milk
1 cup Plain yogurt
⅛ teaspoon Almond extract
2 cups To 3 c Fresh strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries

In a mixing bowl, wisk together first 4 ingredients. Place berries in dessert cups and top with cream mixture, or layer berries and cream in parfait glasses. Yield: 4-6 servings.
