Vanilla cream~

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Lowfat vanilla yogurt
½ cup Light whipping cream
1 tablespoon Confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon Orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier

Line a sieve with cheesecloth and set it over a bowl. (Alternately, use a coffee filter lined with filter paper.) Spoon in yogurt and let it drain in the refrigerator until reduced to 1 cup, about 1 hour.

In a chilled mixing bowl with chilled beaters, whip cream to soft peaks. Add the drained yogurt, sugar, and liqueur; fold gently to mix. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 8 hours.
