Sunny garlic chutney

Measure Ingredient
200 \N Fresh garlic cloves (1 qt)
1 \N Onion; diced
1 \N Red pepper; diced
1¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
¼ cup Fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
