Sunny garlic chutney

Ingredients

| 1 | Onion; diced | |
| 1 | Red pepper; diced | |
| 1¼ | cup | Apple cider vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh ginger, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard seed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper |
Directions
