Ingredients

½cupOnion; finely chopped
4slicesBacon; cooked and crumbled
1Egg
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPaprika
teaspoonPepper
dashHot sauce
16ouncesTomato wedges; drained
12Olives, pimiento-stuffed; sliced
½cupCheese, Cheddar; shredded
1Green pepper; cut in rings
1mediumOnion; sliced and separated into rings

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix lightly. Place meat mixture on a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil, and shape into an oval loaf, 2 inches thick. Top with remaining ingredients; seal foil and place in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
