Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Ground chuck |
| ½ | cup | Onion; finely chopped |
| 4 | slices | Bacon; cooked and crumbled |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| dash | Hot sauce | |
| 16 | ounces | Tomato wedges; drained |
| 12 | Olives, pimiento-stuffed; sliced | |
| ½ | cup | Cheese, Cheddar; shredded |
| 1 | Green pepper; cut in rings | |
| 1 | medium | Onion; sliced and separated into rings |
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix lightly. Place meat mixture on a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil, and shape into an oval loaf, 2 inches thick. Top with remaining ingredients; seal foil and place in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
