Chicken russian

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Chicken breasts/other parts
1 pack Dry onion soup mix
8 ounces Russian salad dressing
8 ounces Apricot preserves

Place chicken parts as needed in glass baking dish. Combine dressing, preserves, and dry onion soup mix, and spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours. (uncovered). The mixture will be enough for 6 to 8 chicken pieces.
