Summer dessert

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Cream, whipped
4 cups Kefir milk, yogurt or butter
Milk
Juice of half a small lemon
3 tablespoons Honey, mild
1 teaspoon Pure vanill extract
Almonds
Blueberries
Lemon slices
Crisp cookies

Whipe cream. Whisk kefir into whipped cream a little at a time. Add lemon juice, honey and flavoring. Pour into colorful bowl. Keep in freezer about one halfhour before serving time, serve ice cold.

Decorate with a few thin lemon slices, and sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
