|⅔ cup||Cream, whipped|
|4 cups||Kefir milk, yogurt or butter|
|Juice of half a small lemon|
|3 tablespoons||Honey, mild|
|1 teaspoon||Pure vanill extract|
Whipe cream. Whisk kefir into whipped cream a little at a time. Add lemon juice, honey and flavoring. Pour into colorful bowl. Keep in freezer about one halfhour before serving time, serve ice cold.
Decorate with a few thin lemon slices, and sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
