Frozen dessert

Measure Ingredient
1 Banana
2 cups Frozen fruit, about (cherries are superb)
Low fat soy milk as needed (or nonfat dairy milk)

My current favorite dessert, haven't figured out what to call it tho: put the banana and the frozen fruit into the blender, add just ¼ cup soy milk to get it all starter, let her rip, Blend until smooth and thick, add just enough milk to blend it together.
