Summertime dessert

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (1 lb) Oreo Cookies
1 \N Stick melted margarine
⅔ cup Semi-sweet morsels
1 \N Stick margarine
1½ cup (13oz can) evaporated milk
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

I got a great cookbook from Mary and it is call Koko Head Cookbook by Dolly Bunda

Crush cookies and combine with margarine Press into a 9x13 greased pan and refrigerate

In a saucepan, melt the morsels and margarine Gradually add the milk and sugar and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly

Remove from heat and add vanilla Cool for about 10-15 minutes
