Sugar plum fudge

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1⅓ | cup | Evaporated milk |
| 12 | ounces | Chocolate chips |
| 4 | ounces | Mixed candied fruits |
| ½ | cup | Walnuts (chopped) |
Directions
Combine sugar and milk; stir well. Boil until full rolling boil; boil 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips quickly; stir until smooth. Quickly pour into an 8 or 9-inch buttered pie plate. Sprinkle over the top the fruits and nuts and press into fudge. Cut into small pie-shaped pieces. Keep in the refrigerator. Yield: 2 pounds.
