Sugar plum pudding

2teaspoonsCinnamon
1teaspoonNutmeg
1cupChopped pecans
cupSugar
¾cupWesson oil
3Eggs
1cupButtermilk
6ouncesJar of plums baby food
Glaze for pudding:
1Stick of margarine
1cupSugar
½cupButtermilk
1teaspoonVanilla
1teaspoonWhite syrup

Directions

Pudding: Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix well until cake consistency. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Glaze: Put ingredients in heavy saucepan; bring to boil until soft ball stage, when tested in cold water. Pour over cake while both cake and glaze are still warm to hot. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-29-95
