Sugarplums

Yield: 48 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg whites, stiffly beaten
⅔ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 dash Salt
6 ounces Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F. While beating egg whites, gradually add salt, baking powder, sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on WELL-GREASED cookie sheet. Turn off oven, and place cookie sheet in oven overnight, or at least 5-6 hours.
