1½ cup | Fudge cookie crumbs (Dutch fudge cookies are great.) |
¼ cup | Sugar (x2) |
⅓ cup | Melted butter |
8 ounces | Cream cheese |
2 tablespoons | Milk |
8 ounces | Cool whip |
2 \N | 4serv instant choc pudding |
3½ cup | Cold milk |
Combine crumbs and sugar andmelted butter. Press firmly into 13 x 9 pan.
Chill 5 mins. For firmer crust, bake at 375 for 8 mins.; cool. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 TBLSP milk till smooth. Fold in ½ cool whip.
