Strawberry fool

Measure Ingredient
1½ \N Strawberry;fresh hulled;pint
½ cup Sugar
2 drops Lemon Juice
1 cup Cream;whipping

Puree strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in food processor fitted with steel blade.

Whip cream till it holds stiff peaks; stir the puree into it till the mixture is smooth. Adjust for sweetness, if desired.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
