½cupSugar

¼cupSugar
AND
3eachesPk Sweet 'n Low
cupCointreau or Grand Marnier
1eachPt frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
1eachPk Dream Whip, prepared
¼teaspoonAlmond extract

Directions

Gently wash berries in cold water. Drain on papaer towels; hull. Turn into serving bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and liqueur, toss and chill 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Let frozen yogurt soften in the refrigerator anout an hour. Fold almond extract into Dream Whip.

Gently fold berries, dream whip and yogurt together. Serve at once in stemmed desert goblets. Per sugar serving: 192 cal., 1.7g fat., 0mg chol., 2g fiber, 3g pro., 36g carb., 54mg sod.
