|8 mediums||Cooking apples; peeled, cored and chopped|
|¼ cup||Red hot candies|
|⅓ cup||Brown sugar|
Place apples into rice bowl. Add 1 cup water to reservoir, cover and steam 19 to 22 minutes.
Stir in red hots, brown sugar and nutmeg. Add ⅔ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam 14 to 16 minutes.
