Ingredients

| Dressing | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla |
| dash | Basil | |
| dash | Oregano | |
| ¼ | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 4 | To 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts | |
| Monterey Jack Cheese -- for garnish | ||
| Bacon Slices -- for garnish | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Marinate boneless breasts for 12 hours.
Remove from marinade and grill chicken until done. To serve, sprinkle generously with Monterey Jack cheese and a slice of bacon that has been cooked to the rare stage. Slide chicken under broiler to melt cheese and crisp bacon. Serve on a bed of rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
