Marinated chicken drumettes

Ingredients

| 10 | pounds | Chicken drumettes (little drumsticks from wings) |
| 1½ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¾ | cup | Dry sherry |
| 1⅛ | cup | Hoysin Sauce |
| ¾ | cup | Plum jelly |
| 18 | Green onions minced | |
| 6 | Garlic cloves | |
| ¾ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Honey |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken on greased cookie sheets and bake uncovered for 1 to 1-½ hours, basting frequently. Switch pans while cooking so that they cook evenly.
