Spinach-egg spread

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | Frozen chopped spinach; thawed, well-drained |
| ½ | cup | Onion |
| ½ | cup | Celery; diced |
| ½ | cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Horseradish |
| 4 | Hard-cooked eggs; chopped | |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Black pepper; optional | ||

Directions
Mix drained, thawed spinach with remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
: Pack in container and place in ice chest, being sure it stays cold. Make into sandwiches at the beach. Goes well with dark bread.
