Spinach sandwiches

Ingredients

1pack(10-oz) frozen chopped spinach
½can(8-oz) water chestnuts; chopped and drained
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
2tablespoonsSour cream
3Scallions or green onions and tops; chopped
½teaspoonSalt
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Mayonnaise
20slicesBread

Directions

Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze all liquid out. Mix all other ingredients with spinach. Remove crust from bread. Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise, then spread with spinach mixture. Cut in fourths, diagonally, to make tea sandwiches. Yield: 10 large or 20 tea sandwiches.
