Yield: 10 Servings
|1 pack||(10-oz) frozen chopped spinach|
|½ can||(8-oz) water chestnuts; chopped and drained|
|2 tablespoons||Sour cream|
|3 \N||Scallions or green onions and tops; chopped|
|\N \N||Pepper to taste|
|\N \N||Garlic powder to taste|
|\N \N||Worcestershire sauce to taste|
Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze all liquid out. Mix all other ingredients with spinach. Remove crust from bread. Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise, then spread with spinach mixture. Cut in fourths, diagonally, to make tea sandwiches. Yield: 10 large or 20 tea sandwiches.
