Spinach omelet

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg per child
1 slice Cheese per child
\N \N Well drained spinach; enough for a vegetable

Scramble eggs slightly, add spinach and cheese. Place under broiler until hot and bubbly. Serve with biscuits and fruit and milk.
