Sugar - free grape jelly

2 half-pints

Ingredients

4teaspoonsUnflavoured gelatin
½cupWater
cupUnsweetened grape juice
4tablespoonsLiquid sucaryl

Directions

Soften gelatin in water.Bring grape juice to the boil,remove from heat.Add softened gelatin,stirring to dissolve.Add sucaryl.Bring to the full rolling boil.Ladle into clean half - pint jars; seal.Keep in refrigerator.
