|4 slices||Bacon; cut into 1" pieces|
|2 packs||(10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach|
|1 can||(10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup|
|1 can||(4 oz) sliced mushrooms; drained|
|2||Eggs; slightly beaten|
|⅓ cup||Dry bread crumbs|

Cook bacon until drisp; drain. Cook spinach according to directions on package; drain. Combine bacon, spinach, soup, mushrooms, eggs and bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 1½ qt ring mold. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Loosen edges of mold with a spatula. Place serving plate over top of mold, invert into plate. Fill center with mashed potatoes. makes 8 servings.
