Spinach surprise

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Green onion; chopped |
| 1 | medium | Green pepper; chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine; melted |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Nutmeg, ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Breadcrumbs; fine |
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
Directions
Press water from spinach; add remaining ingredients, blending well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
