Spinach pie 2

Ingredients

| 1 | Bread crumb pie crust | |
| 2 | packs | Frozen chopped spinach; defrost and drain |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 4 | Egg whites; or 2 eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat |
| 2 | Onions | |
| ¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Saute onions till browned. Mix with spinach, seasonings, eggs and cottage cheese. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 3 0 min. at 350F.
