Spinach and potato pie

Ingredients

| 4 | Eggs or 2 eggs and 1/2 cup egg substite, beaten | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Milk; optional | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 1½ | cup | Frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers | 
| 1 | pack | Frozen chopped spinach; thawed, well drained | 
| ½ | cup | Shredded Swiss; Mozzareall or Cheddar, cheese OR crumbled Feta cheese | 
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, if using, garlic salt and pepper. Add hashbrowns, spinach and cheese. Pour into well greased, 8" nonstick skillet. Cove and cook over Medium heat, 10-12 minutes, until soft in center, but golden on bottom. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Cut in wedges.
