Hi..this is fun! Have so much enjoyed the recipes you all have shared. This is the very FIRST recipe I ever tucked into my collection. Its simple and goes well with fresh fruit and a muffin. Have probably shared this one more than all the others I have put together. Enjoy! Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 375* for 10 minutes.
Set aside. In a large bowl, blend eggs, milk, mayonnaise and seasonings until smooth. In a separate bowl, chop together thoroughly the chicken, cheese, spinach, and onion. Bake at 350* 45-50 minutes until brown. Allow to set 30 minutes before serving.
