Dead easy yoghurt and cucumber dip

| 1 | Telegraph cucumber; grated | |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced (2 to 3) | |
| 20 | Fresh mint leaves; chopped finely | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | Lemon; Juice of | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cumin |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Squeeze the grated cucumber in a tea towel to remove the excess liquid.
Mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients, adding salt to taste.
Cover and refrigerate till needed. (It is best eaten on the day it is made).
