Dead easy yoghurt and cucumber dip

1cupNaturalea Plain Unsweetened yoghurt
1Telegraph cucumber; grated
2Cloves garlic; minced (2 to 3)
20Fresh mint leaves; chopped finely
1tablespoonOlive oil
1Lemon; Juice of
¼teaspoonCumin
½teaspoonGround coriander
Salt and pepper

Directions

Squeeze the grated cucumber in a tea towel to remove the excess liquid.

Mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients, adding salt to taste.

Cover and refrigerate till needed. (It is best eaten on the day it is made).
