Yogurt cheese & spinach dip

Measure Ingredient
\N 2 cloves garlic -- pressed
\N 3 shallots -- minced
\N 3 scallions green part only --

1½ c yogurt cheese

1 ½ c lowfat sour cream

: minced

2 sm carrots -- grated

8 oz cn water chestnuts-drained : and diced

10 oz pk frozen chopped spinach, : thawed, --

: squeezed dry

: Kosher salt and freshly : ground black peppe -- : to taste

: Cayenne pepper or Tabasco -- : to taste
