Spicy tartar sauce for seafood

Ingredients

| 2 | eaches | Garlic, cloves, crushed |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley, finely chopped |

| 3 | tablespoons | Sweet pickle relish |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Tarragon, freshly chopped, OR 1 ts dried tarragon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vinegar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
