Spicy tartar sauce for seafood

Ingredients

¼cupParsley, finely chopped
1teaspoonSalt
3tablespoonsSweet pickle relish
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonTarragon, freshly chopped, OR 1 ts dried tarragon
1teaspoonDry mustard
1teaspoonPaprika
½teaspoonTabasco sauce
1teaspoonVinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
