Spicy tartar sauce for seafood

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 eaches Garlic, cloves, crushed
¼ cup Parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Tarragon, freshly chopped, OR 1 ts dried tarragon
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
