Quick tartar sauce for chicken or fish

| 3 | Sweet pickles -- finely | |
| Chopped | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh parsley -- chopped |
| 1 | Hard-boiled eggs -- chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | White wine vinegar |
Directions
* Use only real mayonnaise.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
