Spicy green sauce

1teaspoonOlive oil
1cupOnion, chopped
cupGreen bell pepper, chopped
1teaspoonGarlic, minced
cupTomatillos, peel & chop
1teaspoonCumin
2tablespoonsJalapenoes, chopped
1tablespoonWhite vinegar
¼cupCilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

Heat the stock in a large & heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

Saute onion, bell pepper & garlic until soft. Add tomatillos & cumin & saute for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & saute a further 3 minutes. Serve warm.
