1 | Carrot, shredded | |
½ | teaspoon | Chili oil or - 1/4 ts red pepper |
2 | Green onions, sliced thin | |
½ | Cucumber, seeded, peeled --- | |
And chopped | ||
¼ | cup | Chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve over 12 oz. (dry weight) of japanese noodles. Serve well chilled.
