Spicy berry cider

Yield: 7 8oz servs.

Measure Ingredient
4.00 cup Apple cider (or apple juice)
1.00 can (18 oz) pineapple juice
\N \N [unsweetened}
2.00 cup Raspberries [fresh] *or*
2.00 cup Raspberries [frozen & slightly sweetened]
1.00 teaspoon Allspice [whole]
1.00 teaspoon Cloves [whole]
1.00 \N Nutmeg [whole]
4.00 \N (packets) EQUAL *or*
1¼ teaspoon EQUAL MEASURE (tm)

1) In a large saucepan combine the juices, berries, and spices, bringing slowly to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min... 2) Remove from heat and strain (to remove the seeds) and stirr in the EQUAL (packets or MEASURE)... 3) Serve in mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired...
