| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 1 gallon | Apple Cider |
| 1½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
| ½ teaspoon | Ground Cloves |
| ½ teaspoon | Ground Allspice |
Combine all ingredients and heat. This is easily accomplished in a 30 cup coffee pot.
Apple Cranberry Variation: Substitue 2-3 40 oz jars of Treetop Apple-Cranberry Juice with no sugar added for the cider.
