¼ cup | Asian sesame oil |
¼ cup | Seasoned rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons | (to 3 tbs) Chinese |
\N \N | Chile-garlic paste |
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chile paste until well blended.
3. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Serve at room temperature.
