Yield: 6 servings
|1 pounds||Soba (buckwheat) noodles|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|¼ cup||Asian sesame oil|
|¼ cup||Seasoned rice vinegar|
|2 tablespoons||(to 3 tbs) Chinese|
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chile paste until well blended.
3. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Serve at room temperature.
