Spicy asian noodles

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Soba (buckwheat) noodles
\N \N Or spaghetti
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Asian sesame oil
¼ cup Seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons (to 3 tbs) Chinese
\N \N Chile-garlic paste

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chile paste until well blended.

3. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Serve at room temperature.
