Spicy asian noodles

Ingredients

1poundsSoba (buckwheat) noodles
Or spaghetti
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupAsian sesame oil
¼cupSeasoned rice vinegar
2tablespoons(to 3 tbs) Chinese
Chile-garlic paste

Directions

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chile paste until well blended.

3. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce. Serve at room temperature.
