Spicy chicken noodles

| 100 | grams | Fresh bean sprouts |
| 2 | Spring onions | |
| 200 | grams | Chicken breast |
| 2 | tablespoons | Hot chilli sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Hoi sin sauce |
| 100 | millilitres | Water |
| 3 | tablespoons | Corn oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic puree |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Blanch noodles in boiling water until soft and drain in a colander. Slice spring onions and chicken breast into strips about 2 inches long.
Heat oil in a wok and saut garlic until brown. Add chicken strips and cook until opaque. Add noodles, spring onions and beansprouts then stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes.
