Spicy chicken noodles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Egg noodles
100 grams Fresh bean sprouts
2 Spring onions
200 grams Chicken breast
2 tablespoons Hot chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Hoi sin sauce
100 millilitres Water
3 tablespoons Corn oil
1 tablespoon Garlic puree
½ teaspoon Salt

Blanch noodles in boiling water until soft and drain in a colander. Slice spring onions and chicken breast into strips about 2 inches long.

Heat oil in a wok and saut‚ garlic until brown. Add chicken strips and cook until opaque. Add noodles, spring onions and beansprouts then stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes.
