8 ounces | Cooked chicken |

1½ tablespoon | Toasted sesame seeds |
3 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1½ tablespoon | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
½ cup | Chicken stock |
¾ teaspoon | Tabasco |
3 tablespoons | Scallions; chopped |
1½ tablespoon | Sesame oil |

SPICY SAUCE
Preparation : Bring a large kettle of water to a boil; add ½ tsp.salt and the noo-dles. Boil 1½ minutes, until the noodles are just done. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well and toss with 1 ½ Tb.
