Spicy chilled chi-nese noodles

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chinese noodles
1½ tablespoon Oriental sesame oil
1 medium Cucumber; shredded
4 ounces Baked ham; shredded
½ teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Cooked chicken
1 \N Carrot; shredded
1½ tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1½ tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ cup Chicken stock
¾ teaspoon Tabasco
3 tablespoons Scallions; chopped
1½ tablespoon Sesame oil



Preparation : Bring a large kettle of water to a boil; add ½ tsp.salt and the noo-dles. Boil 1½ minutes, until the noodles are just done. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well and toss with 1 ½ Tb.

Surround with the meats and vegetables. Top with the sauce and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
