Spicy chilled chi-nese noodles

| 1½ | tablespoon | Oriental sesame oil |
| 1 | medium | Cucumber; shredded |
| 4 | ounces | Baked ham; shredded |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 8 | ounces | Cooked chicken |
| 1 | Carrot; shredded | |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Toasted sesame seeds |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Chicken stock |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Tabasco |
| 3 | tablespoons | Scallions; chopped |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Sesame oil |

Preparation : Bring a large kettle of water to a boil; add ½ tsp.salt and the noo-dles. Boil 1½ minutes, until the noodles are just done. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well and toss with 1 ½ Tb.

Surround with the meats and vegetables. Top with the sauce and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
