Spicy peanut noodles

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Red pepper, crushed |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 8 | ounces | Spaghetti |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cilantro, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Peanuts, chopped, roasted |
| ¼ | cup | Green onion, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions
Stir red pepper and oils over med. heat for 2 minutes. Add honey, soy sauce and salt. Stir to combine and set aside. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 9 minutes. Drain and combine with soy sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnite. When ready to serve, add chopped cilantro, peanuts and green onions to noodles.
Toss together. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and whole cilantro leaves.
