Spectacular frozen corn

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 35 | Ears fresh corn (or 16-18 cups cut corn) | |
| 1 | pounds | Butter (do not substitute) |
| 1 | pint | Half and half |
Directions
Put in a 325 degree oven. Cook for one hour, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool. When cool, freeze. To serve, just heat in double boiler or microwave.
