\N \N Into small squares
2 \N Onions -- peeled and
\N \N Chopped
\N \N Coarsley
2 smalls Cans tomato paste
6 \N Herring cleaned -- soaked
\N \N Over
\N \N Night and filleted -- with
\N each Fillet cut into 5-6 pcs

Put apples. onions and tomato paste in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook 2 minutes. Pour over herrig and chill before serving.
