Creamed herring

Measure Ingredient
7 \N Pat dwigans -- nathan and
\N \N Goldman
1 cup Heavy cream
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
10 \N Herrings, cleaned -- soaked
\N \N Over nght and filleted --
\N \N With
\N each Fillet cut into 5
\N \N Pieces
1 medium Onion

Whip cream with sugar. Fold in vinegar. Layer fllets and onion slices in glass jar and pour cream mixture over. Cover.
