Spanish beef roast

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Rolled beef roast
1 large Can whole tomatoes
1 Jar Spanish olives w/juice
½ cup Water

Directions

Brown the roast in a large pot. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until meat falls apart.
